Complaints

Waitaki App is a member of the NZ Media Council and subject to its complaints procedure.

Complaints about stories must first be directed in writing to us within a month of the story being published.

Waitaki App can be contacted in writing via this link or by post directed to the Editor at 120 Thames Street, Ōamaru 9400.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to Media Council - Complaints.

You will need to attach a copy of the article complained about and any correspondence you have had with us.
